**Job Overview**:
This role is responsible for preparing and supporting the business strategy, operational execution, and organizational alignment, ensuring that the President vision and objectives are effectively translated into actionable plans and achieved across the Emerging Markets, Asia
The role requires strong organisational, analytical and leadership skills, with the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
**Major accountabilities**:
Strategic Support & Planning:
- Assist the President in setting strategic priorities, managing projects, and ensuring the alignment of all business activities with the Asia overall strategy.
- Conduct in-depth research, analyze business performance, and prepare strategic presentations and reports (market trends, business risks, and business opportunities / growth) for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with country CEOs and senior leadership teams to gather updates and assess initiative statuses, ensuring alignment with overall regional goals.
- Prepare of materials for board meetings, executive discussions, and other forums.
Business Operations & Performance Management:
- Develop and implement KPIs and performance dashboards to monitor the progress of business objectives.
- Consolidate data from diverse business units and sources, delivering clear, data-driven insights for the President to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure real-time dashboard updates, and generate regular reports to provide the Executive with timely and actionable performance analysis.
Communication & stakeholder management
- Work closely with senior leadership and other stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication of goals, priorities, and expectations.
- Prepare executive summaries, briefing documents, and comprehensive reports on performance metrics, initiative progress, and emerging market trends.
- Facilitate regular review meetings with country leadership teams, ensuring alignment on objectives and strategic direction.
- Serve as the point of contact for regional reporting needs for emerging markets, providing detailed insights and data analysis as required.
Project Leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that support growth, innovation, and transformation.
- Provide recommendations for continuous improvement in reporting structures, operational workflows, and business practices.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline; MBA is a plus.
- Experience in business management, strategic planning, or consulting, preferably within a multinational or regional corporate environment.
- Good analytical and critical thinking abilities, with proven expertise in interpreting complex data and providing strategic, actionable insights.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels while thriving in high-pressure environments.
- Expertise in managing multiple high-priority projects simultaneously, with a strong ability to prioritize and execute efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
- Flexibility to accommodate diverse working hours across regions and time zones, demonstrating adaptability to global business needs.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience in Business Manager role within a multinational or regional corporate structure, with an emphasis on strategic support and operational excellence.
- Strong leadership, team-building, and collaboration skills, with the ability to foster relationships and drive cross-functional initiatives.
- High emotional intelligence, combined with professionalism and discretion in managing sensitive or confidential information.
