**Patient Service Associate**

We are looking for a team player with a passion in healthcare to provide a quality patient experience with our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent front-line customer service to our patients and meticulous administrative support in our surgical specialist clinics.
- Provide assistance to doctors and patients in the clinic and consultation rooms (e.g. chaperone during consultation, organize and provide instructions to patients for investigations or procedures).
- Responsible for registration, payment collection, appointment scheduling, financial counselling on procedures and services, as well as other administrative duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- A customer-oriented team player with good interpersonal skills and a strong passion to serve in healthcare.
- Minimum Polytechnic Diploma, GCE 'A' / 'O' level.
- Possess basic computer skills, good customer service skills and telephone etiquette.
- High energy, dynamic and self-motivated individuals will be advantageous.
- Preferably bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to communicate and manage both speaking patient's needs and care within the clinic.
