We are seeking an experienced and dynamic **Studio Manager**to lead our team and take our studio to the next level. If you’re passionate about fitness, thrive in leadership roles, and love building strong communities, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead Group Fitness Classes**
- Conduct majority of group fitness classes (circuit training, HIIT-based formats).
- Deliver engaging, high-quality workouts that inspire and challenge clients.

**Administrative Oversight**
- Schedule junior trainers and coordinate class timetables.
- Handle client membership queries and ensure smooth operations.

**Sales & Client Retention**
- Upsell additional services to existing clients and convert trialists into full-paying members.
- Meet sales KPIs and contribute to overall studio revenue growth.

**Community Building**
- Organize events and activities that foster camaraderie among clients.
- Build strong relationships with clients to create a welcoming and inclusive environment.

**Social Media Management**
- Oversee daily social media posts to promote classes, events, and studio updates.
- Collaborate with the team to develop creative content that aligns with the studio’s brand.

**Operational Readiness**
- Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and fully operational daily (e.g., cleaning, equipment checks).
- Maintain a professional and inviting atmosphere for all clients.

**Customer Service Excellence**
- Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing concerns promptly and effectively.
- Uphold the studio’s values of professionalism, education, and learning.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**:At least 3 years of experience as a group fitness class trainer.
- **Certifications**:Must hold a certification equivalent to ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine) or similar recognized body, as well as valid First Aid + CPR + AED certs.
- **Sales Acumen**:Comfortable with meeting sales KPIs and driving client retention.
- **Communication**:Excellent interpersonal skills with a charismatic and cheerful demeanor.
- **Initiative**:Hands-on, collaborative leader who takes ownership of tasks and drives results.
- **Passion for Fitness**:Energetic, focused on professionalism, and committed to ongoing education in fitness and wellness.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Commission pay
