IT Executive

Provide end-user support (Singapore & Malaysia office) for all PC based hardware and software
- Install and configure workstations, new user setup, software, communication services, network printing, wireless networks etc
- Manage & support Network Devices (routers, switches & firewall), CCTV & Door Access System, AV equipment (projectors, TV)
- Perform system administration and maintenance tasks including data protection/backup, end-user security policies and disaster recovery plan.
- Manage vulnerability - management of software maintenance/updates (window, etc.), virus protection and end point protection
- Assist in managing company’s social media profiles
- Manage and maintain IT inventory
- Assist and support the IT Manager as and when needed

**Requirements**:

- Minimum ITE Higher Nitech or Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology, or related fields of study
- Newly graduate or with IT related experience are welcome to apply
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Good understanding of IT security operations, networking concepts and principles with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledgeable in IT service Desk/ System Integrator/ Enterprise Software/Server would be an advantage
- Ability to multi-task, with good communication, service mind set and approachable personality

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $2,800.00 per month
