**Position: Director of Sales & Marketing for New Energy Vehicle**

**Working Hours: 5-day work week, 8:30am-5:30pm**

**Monthly Rest Days: 8**

**Salary: $5000-$10,000+ 5% Sales Commission**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote new energy vehicles
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends and consumer preferences
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales
- Manage advertising and promotional activities across various channels
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed
- Handle crisis management and public relations issues efficiently and effectively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing efforts
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to maintain a competitive edge

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in both English and Mandarin
- Minimum 5 years of experience in brand marketing and planning
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, or related fields preferred
- Excellent market research skills and crisis management abilities
- Proven track record in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies
- Ability to handle unexpected events and crisis situations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in engaging with both English and Mandarin-speaking clients
