Team Introduction
Our Team aims to help businesses and brands unleash their marketing strategies, connect with our audience, and drive revenue and growth, continually looking for ways to deliver real value to all our stakeholders, internal and external, and across the region.
**About the Role**:
As TikTok's champion, immerse in the vibrant platform culture and trends. Understand client needs deeply, and weave them into strategies that resonate. From orchestrating creative workshops and inspiration sessions to conceptualizing award-winning ideas, you're at the helm of driving transformative change.
**Responsibilities**:
- Strategic Thinking: A confluence of art and science. Extract and utilize platform insights, trends, creators, and shopping solutions to foster creative excellence
- Thought Leadership: Dive deep into the creative industry. Build and nurture relationships, channelizing them towards TikTok first thinking and land groundbreaking ideas.
- Innovation: Future-proof our clients' marketing endeavors. Offer tailored, forward-thinking solutions that put clients ahead of the curve.
- Team Player: Collaborate seamlessly, embodying the spirit of collective growth and shared victories.
**Qualifications**:
- Expert understanding of the Thailand market, along with 6-7 years of integrated experience spanning digital media, marketing, brand management, and/or creative agencies.
- Exceptional verbal skills, crafting messages that inspire and guide marketing teams towards better decisions.
- A refined analytical acumen, coupled with a detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and as a team across different departments.
- Comfortable presenting ideas to leadership and clients, and speaking at industry events.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
