**IS Governance Internship (Policy and Process)**
**Introduction**
You will be embarking into the Information Systems Governance Team of Thales in Singapore. You will become part of the Governance Team to develop policies and processes within the department in Asia. In your assignment, you will be working with the team in Singapore and across Asia to determine and build up the processes and policies.
In this position, you will be expected to liaise with internal teams within IS and Asia to formulate documentations and processes.
**Scope**
- Collaborate with end users and internal users to determine current way of working and identifying gaps or areas of improvement
- Provide documentation for the proposed solution with scope of work, assumptions and technical write-ups
- Assist in developing guides / manuals as necessary
- Actively participate in requirements gathering, planning, and daily stand-up meetings
**Requirements**:
- Basic understanding of IS will be helpful
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
