Job Responsibility
- Ensure operational efficiency in the provision of Contact Centre services
- Collaborate with clinic staff members and organizational standard operating procedure.
- Communicate complex triage case(s) to the relevant clinicians from clinical departments to establish and update clinical triage protocols Collect and analyse data to establish health priorities and interventions
- Knowledgeable and proficient in handling general enquiries and appointments for all clinical services and disciplines

Job Requirements:

- Minimum Diploma in Biosciences, medical science and above, or from an accredited School of Nursing
- Minimum **2 years of clinical experience** Knowledge and Skills Requirements
- Must be **SNB registered RN**:

- Advanced clinical knowledge of medical diagnoses, procedures, protocols, treatments, and terminology.
- Experience and working knowledge of the various clinical specialities and sub
- specialties preferred.
- Relevant experience in Ambulatory Care and/or Emergency Department is an advantage
- Familiarity with local healthcare regulations, institutional standards of care and risk management
- Demonstrates ability to make quick decisions, based on sound critical thinking skills/guidelines by protocols
- Proficient in computer navigation and administrative skills Knowledge
- Both contract and perm roles available based on nursing experiences.

**Salary**: $2,700.00 - $3,200.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- Promotion to permanent employee

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- clinical: 2 years (required)

License/Certification:
