**EUC - Field Support**:

- Minimum (4-5) years’ experience providing IT Infrastructure field support which includes troubleshooting hardware, software, operating system issues and problems and fixing the issues without impacting / violating the hardware warranty or customer security compliance requirements.
- Windows 10 troubleshooting skills, Knowledge on imaging using SCCM task Sequence, Intune MDM understanding. - Ability to lift / move computer equipment weighing up to 50Lbs.
- Skilled in desk side support and PC break/fix including basic administration of Windows O/S and MAC OS.
- Some usage Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and RDP.
- Smart hand support for peripheral and networking hardware, including, but not limited to
- monitors, keyboards, mice, printers, fax machines, scanners, routers, wireless routers, switches, firewalls, racks, cabinets, multi-port data termination panels all under ‘Smart Hands’ capability.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues with systems and networks using good deductive reasoning skill and troubleshooting & resolving issues related to end user network cabling.
- Good written and oral communications skills with clients and management as well as people skills.
- Ability to work with deadlines and complete tasks on-time.
- Printers support knowledge
- Preferably with an associate degree in Electronics and CompTIA A+ Certification.
- Knowledge and experience of ticketing tools (ServiceNow / Remedy etc.),
- Minimum (3-4) years of experience in Windows Image Management
- Must have experience in Windows Image Creation and Deployment tools like SCCM OSD and MDT.
- Detailed knowledge and experience on Configuring and troubleshooting Windows Image Deployment through PXE, SCCM OSD and MDT.
- Experience in Creating Boot Images, Windows Images, Task Sequences and Driver Packages.
- Must have experience in Installing/Troubleshooting Windows 10.
- Knowledge on Configuring MDT server, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manger (SCCM).
- Knowledge on Hardware, BIOS/UEFI, Device Drivers.
- Knowledge on PowerShell, VbScript and DOS Batch file Scripting languages.
- Knowledge on Windows 10 deployment through Autopilot.
- Good written and oral communications skills with clients and management as well as people skills.
- Ability to work with deadlines and complete tasks on-time.
