- Being an integral part of the marketing team to maximize brand performance
- Generating leads and monitoring client's feedback

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver insights to help members achieve their fitness goals through Fight Zone’s training methodology
- Recruit new members via walk-in, telephone, online enquiries or any other marketing activities planned
- Prompt follow up with all prospective clients
- Build strong rapport with existing members
- Provide quality customer service, managing customer expectations and feedback in a professional manner
- Perform general administrative duties such as processing member registration and payment, generation of reports and collation of revenue and monthly reports.

**Requirements**:

- Possesses a Diploma or GCE O’ Levels
- Willing to work on weekends
- Prior experience in the Fitness sector or Country Club and retail sales roles are preferred.
