We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented **Seamstress and Wedding Gown Pattern Maker**to join our team. The role involves crafting exquisite wedding gowns, from design sketches to final production, with a focus on precision, quality, and creativity.

This position is open to experienced professionals, retired professionals (retired seamstress), fashion students, and fresh graduates passionate about bridal fashion.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Sewing and Gown Construction**:Create high-quality wedding gowns based on design sketches or pre-defined patterns.
Work with stretch materials, multi-layered fabrics, and intricate details.
Handle alterations and adjustments with precision to meet client needs.
- **Pattern Making**:Develop and adapt wedding gown patterns, ensuring the perfect fit and design.
- **Fabric Handling**:Work with a variety of fabrics, including lace, satin, and tulle.
Manage the layering and assembly of multiple fabric layers.
- **Independent Gown Production**:Complete gowns independently, from conceptual design to final sewing.
Maintain quality and adhere to timelines.
- **Studio Collaboration**:Work from home with flexibility but visit the studio as required for fittings, meetings, or specific tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in sewing, pattern-making, and bridal gown construction.
- Experience working with stretch materials and multi-layered designs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Fast and efficient with excellent time management.
- Open to fashion students or fresh graduates passionate about bridal design.
- Flexibility to work both remotely and in the studio when required.

**Working Hours and Compensation**:

- **Work Schedule**:4 days per week, 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- **Hourly Rate**:$11-$12 per hour.
- Studio located at **3 Irving Road (Tai Seng MRT)**:

- Flexible work-from-home arrangement with studio visits as needed.
