**Job Summary**

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Taking on the role of a recruitment consultant to understand clients’ recruitment needs and assist in placing the right talents with their Organization
- Assume responsibility of pre-interview screening
- Provide career advice and consultation to job-seekers

**Job Requirements**
- Proven experience as Recruitment Consultant, HR Consultant or similar position will be an added advantage
- Good track record in Recruitment Life Cycle
- Strong desire and strong sourcing capabilities with the ability to achieve great results
- Experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proactive, resilient and a self-managing individual
- Good in coordination and liaison work
- Enjoy engaging with people
- Ability to work independently and within a diverse team environment
