**Summary**

Integrated in CLF’s team under Head of CLF APAC responsibility and working jointly with another Business-Portfolio Manager, the Business-Portfolio Manager’s main missions will be:

- Monitor and report CLF and DOA activities and achievements in APAC.
- Assist on assessing the relevance of secondary sell opportunities and closing of secondary sell transactions.
- Enhance internal communication of CLF and DOA APAC
- Assist CLF and DOA teams
- Act as regional COO for CLF and DOA APAC

**Key responsibilities**
- Monitor APAC CLF loan portfolio in terms of NBI, RWA, Liquidity and Profitability in Liaison with the CLF COO team in Paris.
- Build NBI, RWA and Liquidity forecast and budget on APAC CLF portfolio with FIN local and participate in the HO global forecasts for CLF.
- Monitor DOD Loan Distribution activity in Asia in terms of fees, distribution effort and various KPIs in liaison with the Distribution COO located in Paris.
- Validates the weekly underwriting reporting for Asia in liaison with the Head of CLF APAC.
- Work with Head of CLF APAC on various reporting and presentations
- Assist Asian CLF and Distribution teams on punctual tasks.
- Assist traders on loan secondary sales settlements and reporting notably in Loantracker.
- Enhance CLF and DOA’s communication in APAC and help to promote the APAC CLF and DOA teams in CA-CIB worldwide, notably through the promotion of Client Live usage.
- Promotes Innovation, and as such is the CLF Innovation correspondent in Asia reporting to the Innovation team in CLF COO’s team in Paris.
- Take on local APAC Projects on behalf of CLF when needed and as such becomes the “Filiere Projet correspondent” for CLF in APAC.

**3. Legal and Regulatory Responsibilities**
- Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal Compliance requirements, including, but not limited to, the Singapore/Hong Kong Compliance manual and the Financial Crime Policy. Complete any mandatory training in line with legal, regulatory and internal Compliance requirements.
- Maintain appropriate knowledge to ensure to be fully qualified to undertake the role. Complete all mandatory training as required to attain and maintain competence.
- Refrain from taking any steps which could lead to the removal of certification of fitness and properness to perform the role.
- Undertake all necessary steps to satisfy the annual certification process.
- Comply with all applicable conduct rules as prescribed by the relevant regulator.
- Required skills: Precision and diligence, sense of priorities, responsiveness, autonomy and pro-activity. Good analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of syndicated loan products.
- Experience required : 5-7 years in finance industry, experience in Finance department / Risk department, first experience in Front Office and particularly on Syndicated loan market would be appreciated
- Technical skills required: Proficient in Excel, Power Point and Access
- Education required: Bachelor's Degree
