Provide excellent customer service and understand customers’ needs. You are the driving force behind Soon Huat structure and expanding opportunities — directly impacting our growth and success.
Experience in F&B or digital marketing positions will be an advantage. Training will be provided.
- Monitor opening, operating, and closing of shifts for the outlet.
- Review staff roster to ensure adequate manpower.
- Monitor inventory levels to propose purchases.
- Plan operational budgets.
- Propose activities or improvements to achieve sales target.
- Review existing work processes and procedures and propose improvements.
- Supervise staff adherence with the organisation's personal, food and beverage hygiene standards.
- Ensure Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and procedures.
- Able to manage customer's requirements and complaints.
- Be familiar with current customers' profiles and preferences to provide dish recommendations.
- Knowledge to do product and menu planning and promotions.
- Deploy customer service standards within the outlet to drive organisation's customer experience goal.
**Requirements**:
- Work experience in operation manager or similar role.
- Track record of experience F&b roles.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of customer, market, staff dynamics and requirements.
- A friendly and warm personality with customer service focus.
