**About the Role**

Our client, a leading multinational company, is seeking a **Site IT Specialist**to support IT operations for their Singapore site. This role will be the go-to person for over 100 users and ensure the smooth operation of more than 20 meeting rooms equipped with advanced technology. It is an excellent opportunity for an IT professional who enjoys hands-on problem-solving, working with global teams, and driving impactful technology initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Deliver second-line support to end users and resolve tickets in line with SLA timelines.
- Maintain and manage IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.
- Act as the site lead for global/regional IT projects, ensuring smooth rollout and implementation.
- Oversee and maintain meeting room technologies such as AV equipment and video conferencing systems.
- Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software for both onsite and remote users.
- Support IT asset lifecycle management, including monitoring and maintaining hardware/software inventory.
- Provide IT onboarding support for new employees and deliver user training where necessary.
- Monitor and optimize network performance to ensure high availability.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers for IT-related services and escalations.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant IT support or infrastructure experience.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networking, and security systems.
- Hands-on experience with AV equipment and video conferencing systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and manage multiple projects.
- Able to work under pressure and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)**
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Professional, or ITIL Foundation.
