Our client is searching for a **Beauty Trainer** to join their team. This is a permanent role and reports to the Training Manager.

**Responsibilities**:

- Train and develop Company staff based on gap analysis findings so that they achieve required knowledge and skills to perform according to the company standards.
- Develop a training plan based on analysis of results. Drives proactive resolution of skill and competency deficiencies.
- Assists in accurately assessing and developing goals for students as part of the professional team.
- Shares Subject Matter Expert domain knowledge to help team members (Training Manager, Customer Care and Sales Floor) to resolve customer issues.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Beauty / Cosmetic
- Possess relevant beauty qualifications, e.g. CIBTAC/CIDESCO/NITEC/ITEC/ACTA or equivalent.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with people across difference business units and level.
- Able to deliver instructional methods and training techniques effectively.
Strong command of spoken and written English.
