Roles:

- Maintaining and troubleshooting audio, video and lighting (AVL) equipment
- Managing AVL equipment and stock checking of AVL equipment with proper asset tagging
- Prepare and execute technical logistics of AVL equipment setup for events/activities/programmes with the necessary broadcasts and recordings
- Assist in effective ways to tear down and store all the AVL equipment properly after each event/activity/programme
- Configuring/fine tuning of AVL setups to ensure high-quality broadcastings or live feedings
- Assist in event planning/scheduling/coordination, liaising with different departments to determine the necessary AVL requirements
- Assist in supporting of IT daily operations or IT related projectsAny other duties as per supervisor's instructions

**Requirements**:

- Technical understanding of AV and IT systems
- Experience in live sound production, audio/video system design and maintenance
- Experience in video production including video/audio recording and editing
- Experience in troubleshooting AVL system
- Experience in video conferencing and broadcast systems
- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication, multitasking, collaboration and organisational skills, someone who is a team player and resourceful
- Able to provide excellent customer service and work under pressure
- Able to work on public holidays, weekends and after office hours on rotating shift basisEducational background related to sound/video/media technology and IT technical would be an advantage
