**About the job**

Tribe is looking for a Strategy Consulting Analyst/Associate to design the best-in-class software engineering communities (also known as developer communities) for leading technology organisations around the world. You will oversee the design of community building strategies and plans for our clients through in-depth qualitative and quantitative research.

**Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with clients to understand their requirements
- Carry out qualitative & quantitative research on industry trends, competitors and our clients
- Synthesise findings from research and draw meaningful insights
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to design strategies, recommendations and programs that best address our clients’ requirements
- Create client-ready presentation and reports containing key insights and recommendations
- Help support internal account planning and other strategic initiatives

**What we are looking for**
- 2-3 years of relevant strategy or management consulting experience (e.g. consulting firms, in-house strategy, transformation teams, etc.)
- Domain knowledge/working experience on creating and optimising software engineering communities preferred but not mandatory
- Strong industry research, data collection and client requirements gathering abilities
- Strong analytical abilities, both quantitative and qualitative, with ability to transform quantitative and qualitative data into meaningful and structured insights (especially on slides)
- Ability to work effectively and be flexible in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Ability to work with high-level of autonomy and responsibility
- Comfortable with working on new/difficult problem statements with no definitive “right” answer
