- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel, with a proficiency in using Bloomberg desirable
- Good understanding of accounting concepts and ability to read financial statements and perform credit analysis

**Qualifications**

**Job Requirements**:

- Assist in structuring deals and preparing termsheets (summary of terms)
- Assist in reviewing legal documentation for each of the loan facilities and ensure in line with agreed termsheets
- Assist in the preparation for roadshows, syndication launch, information package
- Preparing underwriting proposals
- Preparing pitch materials
- Assist in Financial Modelling
- Other ad-hoc matters
