**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
As part of the Operations team, you are required to be responsible and supportive for the assortment order picking, packing, despatching, and duties as similar as e-commerce operations. We are always looking for better ways to ensure on time delivery to our global buyers.
- Ensure orders are in the right fulfillment flow and fulfill in time
- Follow working schedule and standard operating procedures
- Liaise with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of products to buyers
- Perform physical activities such as loading, unloading, and sorting of items at storage/distribution.
- Able to track and sort items to be received and items to be packed and despatched
- Perform other ad-hoc job /related duties (as required)

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Big advantage on relevant experience and passion in sneakers and streetwear industry
- General computer knowledge
