- To assist in performing all tasks necessary to achieve the Listed Holding Company or Group’s mission and identified strategic action plan for rapid growth, including overall management of the Corporate Finance & Accounting Operations.
- To monitor the approved operating budget closely to control the cash flow position of the subsidiaries and the Group, which entails the full understanding of the sources and use of cash, maintaining the integrity of funds, meeting the obligation of banking facilities and other valuable assets.
- To develop new process, policies, controls and systems that will improve financial capability and mature the finance function.
- To be responsible for annual budget, cost control, cash flow management and banking facilities.
- Prepare Group’s compliance in external audit, internal control, taxation, transfer pricing, financial statement and other related financial matters.
- To participate in developing new business, M&A pre and post, new geography launch and assist the CFO in identifying new funding opportunities via capital and debt markets, merger and acquisition of synergetic business.

**Requirements**:

- Learn by doing: participate in operations doing a shift on the grounds and learning what Beam is all about
- Understand by participating: join management planning meetings, understand the business opportunities and challenges and assist in supporting subsidiary finance needs.
- Finance priorities: Review core accounting and finance processes and ensure base processes are efficient, accurate and robust.
- Strategic priorities: assist with uplifting corporate governance framework, risk management, board engagement, and tax strategy.
- Measure and build: Set team priorities, capability uplift and progression plan for the finance team.
