Job Responsibilities:

- Monitor food processing equipment and report any issues
- Operate equipment and machinery safely in food processing lines
- Ensure compliance with food quantities, packaging formats, and materials standards
- Verify processing parameters and preparation methods are set correctly
- Maintain clean workstations and follow waste disposal procedures
- Adhere to food production standards and safety/hygiene policies

Job Requirements:

- Preferred experience in seafood market production operations
- Willingness to perform repetitive tasks and adhere to production schedules
- Ability to work in physically demanding conditions and lift up to 10kg
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods in cold temperatures
- Lunch provided
- Working location: Fishery Port with company transport provided
- Working hours: 5.5 working days per week, Mon - Fri, 8am - 5:15pm; Sat, 8am - 1pm
