IT Specialist

Job Responsibilties:

- Responsible for investigating, diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolve network problems, system security issues, making recommendations for improving the company's IT systems and carrying out routine configuration and installation of IT solutions
- Maintain IT infrastructure system and monitoring of servers, network inventory and storage such as system health and security measures.
- Ensure that all IT infrastructures, operations, and security services operate smoothly with mínimal downtime
- Provide day to day user support, operational and technical issues on hardware, software and network
- Provide technical support for end-user computers or any other computing peripherals on software installation, upgrade, virus protection, server setup, network configuration and firewall configuration.
- Manage network / systems backup and disaster recovery operations

Job Requirements:

- With relevant working experience in IT
- Good knowledge or skillsets in IT network, server configuration, personal computer set up and trouble shooting
- Strong technical knowledge on IT and personal computer troubleshooting with good awareness on cybersecurity
- Possess initiative and able to work with minimum supervision
- Working location:

- Working hours: 5 working days per week, Mon - Fri, 8:30AM - 5:30PM
