Join the International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF) as a **Graphic Designer **and play a key role in bringing our mission to life through creative design. In this dynamic 360-degree role, you'll have the chance to put your planning and design skills to the test as you oversee all of ITTF's design output. From event branding to social media graphics and corporate publications, you will collaborate with several departments to ensure seamless delivery of assets that accurately reflect our organisation's objectives and reach our multiple target audiences.

Table tennis is a fast-paced and thrilling sport that has captivated billions. Youth, Senior Para, Masters, the ITTF nurtures the next generation and crown World Champions. Table Tennis is also on the programme of all multisport Games including the Summer Olympics and Paralympics.

LOCATION: The position will be based in the ITTF Asia-Pacific offices in Singapore. Applicants should be willing to work as required, rather than regular office hours, due to the nature of the work required for the job.

LINE MANAGER: The ITTF Group Coordinator will report to the Manager of the ITTF Group Communications Director / ITTF Deputy Secretary General in Singapore.

DUTIES:

- Manage design requests from various departments;
- Establish guidelines, timelines and requirements for other departments to ensure requests come with the correct brief and all the information needed;
- Be hands-on with design work and developing branding elements for all products and activities within the ITTF
- Conceptualise and create promotional and communications materials
- Create visuals and bespoke graphics for ITTF’s social media platforms.
- Conceptualise and create presentation decks and assets for corporate use
- Create and lay out printed brochures, annual reports and other printed material
- Conceptualising and designing logos, posters, banners and overall visual identity of ITTF events;
- Liaison with third-party vendors for print/production and maintain a good working relationship
- Other tasks as required by the ITTF Group Director of Communications / ITTF Deputy Secretary General

SELECTION CRITERIA:
Essential Criteria
- Relevant tertiary education in Graphic Design
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Possess solid project management
- A strong design portfolio of previous works
- Strong business acumen with the ability to listen
- Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
- Highly proficient in the use of design software including but not limited to Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and ensuring the final design is visually appealing
- Meticulous, autonomous, excellent time management and organisation skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Able to think critically and adapt to situations when required
- Comfortable working with tight deadlines around events

Desirable Criteria
- Passion for sport and business
- Familiarity with the work and structure of the Olympic and Paralympic Movements, especially International Federations
- Ability to work in multiple languages
