We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as **Vice President, Global Functions Recruiting Manager - Hybrid** (Internal Job Title: Vice President - **C13**) based in Singapore. The Global Functions Recruiting Manager is a senior management level position responsible for accomplishing results through the management of a team or department to drive the end-to-end strategy, execution and delivery of the recruitment process in coordination with the Human Resources team. The overall objective of this role is to develop, implement and provide recruiting activities in support of the business strategy. This role also serves as the Singapore Point of Contact (POC) for country related talent acquisition matters.

**In this role, you’re expected to**:

- Manage a team of Recruiting professionals and serve as technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the designated group
- Act as primary Talent Acquisition point of contact for Singapore to ensure country TA requirements are met including:

- Oversight of SG hiring process rules and regulations
- Assist with country audit support and regulatory reporting activities as - required.
- Assist country labour relations team on matters related to local TA compliance, risk, and controls.
- Co-ordinate the delivery of country specific recruitment initiatives along with product leads.
- Act as primary point of contact to SG CCO and CHRO for cross-franchise SG Hiring-related matters
- Utilize social media to build up established network of function/business area
- Serve as a primary point of contact for senior business leaders and Human Resources (HR) partners and work with function heads and Managing Directors to fill key positions and senior level roles
- Manage sensitive and confidential matters, and utilize in-depth specialty knowledge to resolve complex issues through influence
- Work with the Diversity team to facilitate slate process as well as promote and manage internal mobility process
- Operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
- Exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
- Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
- 8-10 years of relevant experience
- Previous supervisory experience and ability to manage a team
- Strong demonstrated knowledge and experience of handling Singapore hiring regulatory and labour compliance requirements
- Demonstrated core recruiting and leadership skills
- Demonstrated identification and assessment skills
- Working knowledge of compensation
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
