As an F&B Executive with Subway, you work in a clean, healthy and organized environment. We are looking for passionate and hard working individuals to join our team

Job Location: Punggol Plaza I (Right outside LRT Coral Edge)

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and assemble Subway sandwiches according to customer specifications and Subway's standardized recipes.
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking their orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of the work area, including food preparation stations, equipment, and dining areas.
- Assist in receiving and stocking inventory, ensuring that ingredients and supplies are readily available.
- Maintain a fast-paced work environment, efficiently managing multiple tasks and prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Customer Service: Address customer queries and complaints, ensuring they have a positive experience. Resolve issues quickly and efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage cash handling, reconcile daily sales, and complete necessary paperwork.
- Quality Control: Ensure all food safety procedures are strictly adhered to according to sanitary regulations. Work closely with the manager to maintain the quality standards of Subway.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent team working and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred. Fresh grads are also welcome to apply
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Planning and organizational skills
- Confident and passionate about F&B

**Physical Demands**:

- Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per day.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
