**About the role**:
As an Engineering Manager you will help deliver our mission to build delightful app experience in a B2B Financial OS.

- Organise and manage teams to deliver exceptional products
- Build with the team culture of diversity and excellence
- Manage careers and professional growth of engineers
- Proactively improve hiring & onboarding process
- Set & communicate direction for your teams

**We would love to get to know you if you have the following**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Equivalent experience or a degree in Computer Science
- 3 years of experience leading software engineering teams, with exposure to their organizational, personal and technical problems

**Nice to have**:

- Experience with hiring, recruiting and onboarding
- Practical experience as a Scrum Master or Software Engineer
- Experience in scaling engineering teams or experience working on teams 100+ engineers
