The Internal Audit Manager will perform internal audits of all companies within the Group, which has subsidiaries in South East Asia, China and Europe.

**Job Description**:

- Plan and develop audit programs
- Documentation of key business processes and financial procedures
- Conduct financial, operational and compliance audits
- Review operational and financial processes and make recommendations for process improvements and strengthen internal controls
- Conduct testing of internal control procedures to ensure compliance
- Ensure that operational and financial control systems in place supports financial data integrity
- Prepare and review audit reports with Senior Management
- Timely follow-up on all open audit recommendations to ensure implementation
- Conduct and assist in special projects as assigned by Management

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or Business Management
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in internal or external audits. Experience in SOX audits will be an advantage
- Must be proficient in English and Mandarin, both verbal and written to liaise with China and overseas counterparts
- Good report writing skills
- Ability to work independently and with all levels of management
- Must be willing to travel. Expect about 40% travelling time outside Singapore
