**FINANCE AND ADMIN MANAGER**

for Shahidah Travel and Group of Companies

**Responsibilities**

Review financials data entry

Prepare bank reconciliation

Prepare weekly/monthly cashflow

Verify collections and receipts

Prepare payroll, CPF and IR8A

Prepare schedule for prepayment, accruals and other journals

Prepare financial statements and schedules

Prepare year-end financial reports

Ensure audit and tax filing

HR including recruitment, payroll and any other HR duties

Ad-hoc admin work

**Requirements**:
Degree/Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent

Min 5 years relevant with working experience

Proficient in MS Excel, QuickBooks or any accounting software

Meticulous and keen in details

Willing to work on Saturdays

Able to commence work within short notice period

Salary up to $4,000 depending on qualification and experience

Working Hours:
Mon to Fri 9.30am to 6.00pm

Sat 9.30am to 3.00pm
