**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations, ensuring a safe and nurturing learning environment
- Lead and mentor educators to deliver high-quality early childhood education
- Develop and implement curriculum aligned with our philosophy and standards
- Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and the community
- Ensure compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements
- Manage administrative duties, including budgeting and enrollment

**Requirements**:

- Strong experience as a Preschool Principal with proven leadership skills
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education - Teaching & Leadership
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about early childhood education and child development
- Able to start within approximately one month
