**Job Summary**: Our client is a leading Singapore listed investment trust with portfolio assets located across Asia. They are looking to hire an associate to join the legal team and to support the Senior Vice President on legal, compliance and secretariat matters.

**Responsibilities**:

- You will provide support to the Senior Vice President on legal, compliance and secretariat matters of primarily the REIT and REIT Manager. Legal matters include advice and documentation for investment and divestment, asset management and financing. Compliance matters include internal compliance plan, MAS regulations, and stock exchange listing requirements. Secretariat matters include resolutions, meeting minutes and other compliance with Companies Act, M&A, and internal corporate governance requirements.
- You will draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of contracts, including JVAs, M&As, financing documents and tenancies.
- You will assist with special and ad-hoc assignments, including due diligence, acquisitions, divestment, capital raisings and re-financing; and
- Such other scope of work as required.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor of Law (Honours) Degree, preferably admitted to practice at the Singapore bar.
- At least 2-4 years PQE experience
- Proactive, self-motivated, and resourceful, with strong flexibility to adjust to changing requirements, schedules, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively at all levels and across functions.
