Job Responsibilities:

- Working with a group of QA tecnicians lead by QA Engineer and QA Manager
- Performing incoming and outgoing materials inspection activities according to the Quality work instructions (Involve molding process)
- Assist in preparation of certificates of analysis/inspection test reports
- Data Entry of test results
- Collate QC data for statistical analysis
- Assist QA Engineer in liasing with cross function department in related to quality
- Feedback to Manager or Engineer on inspection and quality issues
- Perform 5s, routine maintenance of test equipment and monitoring of laboratory/other consumable inventories
- Perform all other duties as assigned by Manager or Engineer
- To be aware of and in support of company ISO certification programs

Requirement:

- Posses at least Professional Certificate or Higher Nitec in any Engineering discipline
- Good knowledge of QC measuring equipment
- Good PC Skills (Microsoft Words, Excel)
- 2-3 years experience in plastic molding environment or QA/QC
- Knowledge of SPC and MSA is an added advantage
- Able to start work in Aug or Sep
