**General Overview**

Seeking an experienced project manager who is responsible for overseeing a conservation project. They will lead the projects from beginning to end, knowledgeable about regulations, Conservation guidelines, permits and project management methodology. Able to work well with others, highly organized and detail-oriented. Other critical responsibilities as follows:

- Planning conservation project
- Creating conservation schedule
- Budget monitoring and balancing
- Tracking activities in a project from beginning to end
- Working with various sub-contractors, vendors and managing supplies

**Responsibilities**
- Head a team of project staffs
- Provide the direction in planning, coordinate works with sub-contractors, client and consultant to ensure overall work progress based on schedule of works
- Understand and ensure Site Safety requirements are met while executing works on site by Sub-contractors
- Ensure the effectiveness and implementation and successful completion of projects undertaken by the Company within schedule, cost and quality
- Verify the overall list of conservation details, carry out investigations, preparation of method statement according to existing conditions, submission of safety documentation before commencement and on variations or defects when processing payments to subcontractors.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Civil) / Construction Engineering (Civil) / or equivalent.
- Preferably Project Manager specializing and experience in local monument, historic buildings, old churches & museums.
- Familiar with our local standard quality implementation, BCA CONQUAS and Quality Mark Assessment and safety aspects in the construction industry.
- Strong team management and leadership skills.
- Problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Project management skills such as time management, project budgeting, resource management and project scheduling.

We are well-equipped as a specialist in cleaning process for different condition, rising damp treatment, salt treatment, paint removal, all wall treatment etc, in all buildings which include historic/monumental properties, residential, commercial and industrial. Apart from the above specialized trade work, we provide assistance to consultants to carry out trials for various historic elements to ascertain the effectiveness and its compatibility.

In meeting today's construction technology and architectural aspirations, Laim-Tec also works with designers, consultants and developers to repair, develop and design new floor finishes in responding to their changing needs. Some examples include Terrazzo (cement/epoxy), polished concrete, rejuvenation of natural stones & decorative overlay etc.
