**Roles & Responsibilities
Provide strategic direction to the team in order to:
- Support the development & line management of your team.
- Deliver technical projects, ensuring that activities are executed to the standards required for the relevant product classification.
- Ensure all required formulation, feasibility work, analysis, validation, stability testing, industrial trials, and dossier preparation are performed on time and to the required quality and regulatory standards and in line with the Reckitt processes.
- Generate and approve data that supports product changes to a standard required by R and to meet regulatory authority standards.
- Support the wider Health team with respect to required activities that support operations in shared laboratories.
- Develop knowledge and expertise to provide support for a given product portfolio.
- Support the team in the delivery of KPIs.
- Support laboratory leadership to maintain working standards.
- Maintain team compliance with Reckitt working practices e.g. change management.
**Requirements**:
- Educated to Degree level (Food/Nutritional Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or other relevant science).
- Minimum 2-3 years of R&D experience with a proven track record of delivery.
- Line management and people development are desirable. - Understanding of nutritional and food science or similar.
- Experience in generating technical documentation and reports to support product registration.
- An excellent technical problem solver.
- Experience in working with multiple partners to deliver success.
- Experience with resource planning and prioritization is desirable.
