**Responsibilities**:

- Tasked to lead, motivate and develop a team of warehouse, coordinators and associates in daily warehouse operations towards becoming a high-performing team
- Ensure a consistent delivery of high service level to our client’s regional logistics operations
- Plan and monitor efficient utilization of resources to meet customers’ demands and business objectives
- Handle operational issues and client’s requests, and to continuously seek improvements towards operational excellence
- Ensure full compliance on all Environmental, Health & Safety policies and regulations and maintain high safety standard and good housekeeping
- Maintain on-time reporting of Daily/Weekly/Monthly KPIs performance and other monthly financial reports
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
- Able to lead a team of 20 & above

- Monday to Friday
