Bus Captain

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

The bus captain will report to our Fleet Manager to provide the following roles and responsibilities:
1. Ferry passengers to and fro pick up point to destination

2. Maintain the cleanliness and condition of the bus

3. To provide a safe, comfortable and pleasant journey for the passengers/workers/clients onboard

4. Ensure that bus route schedules are adhere to when possible

5. Adhere to workplace safety and health policies, practice safe work procedures and safety rules implemented at the workplace and not to engage in any unsafe or negligent act that may endanger self or others

6. Ensure compliance to Company’s stipulated operational standards and procedures

7. Communicate with relevant stakeholders onboard in regards to any delays or issues arise along the route

8. To keep track attendance records and other documentation needed to facilitate a smooth ride between relevant stakeholders (eg. Ad hoc driving duties when required)

9. To adhere to Company policy and perform duties in allocated uniforms

10. To attend training programmes arranged by Company and appointed school campus when required

11. Any other duties as assigned by the Management

**REQUIREMENTS**

Qualified class 4 driving license and vocational license

At least 2 years of working experience in the related field

To commit to a minimum of 5 trips per day, with working hours dependant on the assignment
