We're seeking a
- Supporting/leading the design development of road systems (both permanent and temporary) through the design and preparation of transport engineering plans, cross-sections, and elevation details.

**About You**:

- Tertiary education in Civil / Structural Engineering
- Competent use of design software, preferably in Autodesk (Autocad) and Bentley suite (Microstation)
- Good knowledge of infrastructure construction method
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Skills in 3D modelling and GIS are an advantage
- Relevant experience in the following will be an advantage:

- Familiarisation with Singapore LTA standards
- Develop technical designs of roadworks and traffic diversion schemes according to different standards and requirements
- Responsible for temporary traffic diversion scheme to suit the construction progress
- Coordination with LTA relevant authorities for purpose of obtaining information and approvals
- Conducting Transport Impact Assessment
