**Responsibilities**:
- Planning and oversees the warehouse team on receiving, picking packing, out-going deliveries and inventory control.
- Ensure logistics and warehouse team follow inbound, outbound logistics material and work flow processes.
- Investigates loss/damage/shortage of finished goods inventory or inbound/outbound freight.
- Perform continuous improvement activities on outbound/inbound logistic flows, cost savings and operational efficiencies.
- Conduct periodic cycle count and manage physical inventory stock counts and reconciliations to ensure accuracy of inventory records.
- Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization to maximize efficiency and productivity and ensuring proper storage of products.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmenal regulations and standards and security.
- Oversees company vehicles and equipment maintenance to ensure that they are in optimal operating condition.
- Ensure all goods in the warehouse are properly collected, received, handled, accurately storted, identified, value-added, transferred and dispatched; goods / order information captured is fully performed accurately and timely as per agreed SOP.
- Support HSA, MOM and annual inventory audit.
- Support online and repacking activities.

**Requirements**:

- Degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or similar relevant field.
- Previous working experience as a Supply Chain Manager for minimum 3 to 4 years.
- Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes and good knowledge of relevant software systems.
- Ability to plan, implement and monitor overall supply chain strategy in order to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Hands on experience with supply management software.
- Good time-management skills and attention to details.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, strategic, analytical mind and project management skills.
