Data Capability Analyst

The Data/Information Mgt Analyst 2 is a developing professional role. Applies specialty area knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing and/or evaluating processes and data. Good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area. Develops working knowledge of industry practices, controls and standards. Limited but direct impact on the business through the quality of the tasks/services provided. Requires attention to detail, when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of factual information. Typically deals with variable issues with potentially broader business impact. Applies professional judgment when interpreting data and results. Breaks down information in a systematic and communicable manner. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information. Moderate but direct impact through close contact with the businesses' core activities. Quality and timeliness of service provided will affect the effectiveness of own team and other closely related teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- This function covers incumbents responsible for various data activities, which include data mining, database management, process, controls and maintenance, data quality and basic analysis.
- Responsible for routine operational or administrative work related to Campaigns BAU deliverable, daily data maintenance and leads upload, Infrastructure and System Capabilities.
- Daily deliverable of routine and defined outputs, while at the same time developing knowledge of the broader context in which the work is being performed.
- Day-to-day actions are focused on administering defined procedures, analyses and report preparation
- Work closely with internal and external business partners in building, implementing, tracking and improving decision strategies
- Ensuring adherence to data governance, security, and processes in place to safeguard client's information
- While this is business functional role, requires collaboration with marketing team, technology team and various systems for execution and launches.

**Qualifications**:

- 3 years relevant experience in data with basic SQL knowledge.
- Ability to understand system integration and logical thinking.
- Preferred hands-on experience on any analytic tools (Ex.SAS, Knowledge Seeker, SPSS etc.)
- Big data, machine learning experiences are a plus (R, Python etc.)
- Adobe analytics and Tableau knowledge are a plus
- Attention to detail is required
- Experience in Project management from data solutions perspective

**Education**:

- Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience

- In charge of delivering Campaign and client communication solutions.
- This role will work together very closely with Business team to design, explore and execute Campaign requirements
- Requires attention to detail and looking from various angle, to ensure compatibility of systems and solutions while at the same time complies with local and global regulations
