Singapore Office Secretaries Full time

The incumbent will assist in / be responsible for:

- Supporting the delivery of a variety of projects in the COO Office
- Supporting the Clifford Capital Risk Team in preparing and generating month end reports from internal systems relating to new loan transactions and portfolio matters for stakeholder and business reporting
- Development of materials for management reports and board meetings
- Annual budgeting and business planning for the Company
- Working with various internal departments to support in streamlining of various operational processes and reporting requirements as well as identifying opportunities to improve our processes
- Ensure compliance with policies, standards and business requirements Knowledge/ Experience Required: - Organised and strong in data analytics. Adept at Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to communicate well, manage stakeholders from multiple departments across Clifford Capital Holdings and be adept at facilitating discussions and process improvement
- Self-starter with a keen attention to detail, organised and goal-oriented
- A good team player with the ability to demonstrate initiative and work well with mínimal supervision and within tight timeframes
- Basic knowledge about finance and system processing advantageous, but not essential- All applicants will be treated with the strictest confidentiality.
