- Ensure proper garbage sorting and that all Food & Beverage garbage is removed from all areas and transferred to the garbage room
- Take inventory of the operating equipment and cleaning supplies
- Suggest ways to improve the Stewarding Department
- Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the Management
- Ensure floors are dry and clean at all times.
- Operate dishwasher and maintain a hygienic working environment in accordance with hygiene regulations and company standards and adhere to all sanitation guidelines.
- Assisting with unloading and storing stocks.
- Adhere to all sanitation guidelines.
- To ensure full compliance with the requirements of the regulatory authorities.
- Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
