- Minimum 5 years of experience in a banking consulting firm or working in a bank or Delivering services to banks as an external vendor **.**:

- Hands-on experience in system implementation for banking
- Strong background in user-side project execution, especially for large-scale projects.
- Proven track record in user task planning, including Migration, BCP, Training, Procedure creation, Business rehearsal.
- Professional mindset with a high level of responsibility.
- Experience in package system implementation to banking using tools/products such as Oracle, Finastra, CGI, etc are a plus.
- Lead the Ops Dev team focused on the Customer Master area
- Support the implementation of Oracle FLEXCUBE in the APAC region
- Oversee project management tasks for the core banking rollout
- Handle user-side operations related to Common Services, especially Customer Master
- Define and plan for business requirements within Common Services
