**Responsibilities**
- Work with team members to manage all aspects of the company's operations in Southeast Asia, with a focus on the company in Singapore.
- Manage company back-office matters, accounts/finance including tax, with the help from outsource accountants, law firms and secretarial firms.
- Communicate with government agencies and banks in Singapore.
- Manage back-office operations for Singapore and other countries matter if required.
- Assist management in virtual meetings to translate / interpret English - Japanese as required.
- Scheduling meetings and team building sessions as required.
- Preparing and filing forms and other documents.
- Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes.
- All other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in any educational background.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in back-office operation.
- Minimum 3 years in managerial experience is preferred.
- Experience in managing multiple companies back-office operations.
- Preferable to have experience in accounting and tax knowledge.
- Experience in a startup company managing back-office operations.
- Business level proficiency in Japanese (JLPT 1/N1) to liaise with internal and external Japanese counterparts
- Preferable experience in Eng-Jap translation
