As part of the Client Servicing team, you play a central and pivotal role in the business, and operations of your accounts. As a Digital Senior / Account Executive, you will be responsible for the coordination of advertising campaigns and communicating clearly to all who are involved. You will also be involved in new business pitches, where required.

You will work closely with the Group Account Director and Senior Account Manager, supporting them to plan, oversee and execute multi-channel campaigns for various clients.

You will be based in the Singapore office and report directly to the Group Account Director.

**Responsibilities:**
- Liaise between key stakeholders, both internally and externally, for all requests and day-to-day handling of your campaigns.
- Understand the overall client business objectives and develop strategies as required.
- Support team leads to help Clients identify their advertising requirements, develop detailed and accurate briefs and timelines to creative/content and media teams, and/or partners/vendors.
- Work with agency teams creative/content, production, SEO, website, performance marketing to ensure quality of required deliverables before delivery to clients.
- Support in preparation of client presentations, proposals and reports.
- Attend briefings/meetings both internal, externally and prepare minutes/contact reports independently.
- Undertake administration tasks such as arrangement of meetings, handling and management of campaign costs, invoices to clients and partners/vendors etc.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Support the New Business Director in pitches and new accounts where required.

**Requirements:**
- Minimum 1 year of proven digital account management experience in an advertising and/or marketing environment. Prior experience in a media/ performance agency would be highly beneficial.
- Has a Bachelors degree in a related field.
- Possesses a good understanding of digital and social media.
- Experience working on local and regional accounts. Experience working on global accounts would be a plus.
- Demonstrates a passion for creative problem solving of business challenges via technology, communication, and marketing.
- Proven ability to ensure smooth day-to-day operation of projects independently, is detail-oriented, smart and resourceful.
- Has a calm disposition and is able to prioritise and efficiently work under pressure, on tight deadlines while coping with the requirements of a fast-moving environment.
- Is an excellent team player and demonstrates a high level of integrity in his/her approach to work and with all stakeholders ie colleagues, clients and partners/vendors.
- Proven to be a result-driven team player with an inquisitive mind-set, and has an eager-to-learn attitude and is willing to pitch in on anything.
- Proficient in spoken and written English. Ability to speak, read and write other languages is a plus.
- Is perceived as a positive, self-motivating and dependable team member, with the potential to grow into a managerial role.
