What You will do:

- Supports ChampionX’s commitment to the guiding principles of Responsible Care and its Codes of Management Practice to continually improve health, safety and environmental performance. Supports the company’s efforts to respond to public concerns relating to design, development, manufacture, storage, marketing, distribution, use and ultimate safe disposal of chemical products.
- Establish, publish and distribute daily production plans to the production shift leaders (inclusive of the orders form) to optimize product sequencing for internally produced items.
- Follow-up as required with all teams to expedite flow of materials and documents to meet production schedule and customer expectation.
- Utilize timely and effective communication of issues in manufacturing that may result in poor plan adherence. This includes providing daily updates to advise both internal and external personnel regarding master production schedule and open order status exceptions, identifying appropriate re-planning and/or recommended courses of action to minimize non-conformances.
- Analyze previous schedules for deviations and work with the Manufacturing management to determine how future deviations can be prevented
- Achieve KPI’s to support the organization’s service, working capital, and cost goals. Provide formal and informal reporting on plant performance such as backorders, plan adherence, and inventory results.
- Perform logistics functions, such as export, inventory control and, import and 3PL logistics.
- Notify appropriate parties and drive corrective action for inventory discrepancy resolution.
- Effectively communicate, collaborating with internal plant personnel, planning, and Supply Chain management
- Balance several priorities at one time to effectively multi-task throughout the day
- Maintains a clean, safe, and environmentally compliant work area and inputs information for incident reporting and suggestions for process improvement.
- Supports and is committed to the Quality Improvement Process.
- Develop the new work instructions when it is applicable upon new process.
- Participate in EHCP programs as nominated or projects as assigned.
- Key member in the driven force of the EHCP’s S&OP.

Position Details
- Responsible for the production and planning adherence of the EHCP operation.
- Owns the KPI of operation excellence, inventory control, production costs, SIFOT, STO etc set by the management for the warehouse operation.
- Must be willing to work in Jurong Island.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Science or related field with equivalent experience and evidence of exceptional ability.
- Minimum of 2 years logistic/production planning experience with chemical operation preferred
- Fresh graduate can be considered for junior position
- Self-starter with a strong focus on safety and quality. Independent Leader with strong communication and influencing skills
- Team player with good problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills
- Results-oriented with a keen eye for details
- Ability to direct, train and motivate co-workers
- Understanding of SAP or any ERP system

Preferred Requirements
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines.
- SAP experience with PP, MM and SD module in SAP is highly desirable.
- Experience with FST (Finite Scheduling Tool) will be advantageous.
- Knowledge with JDA forecasting tool is a plus.
