About the Team
The e-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated.
With millions of loyal users globally, we believe TikTok is an ideal platform to deliver a brand new and exciting e-commerce experience to our users. We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our product and operations team, to build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users.
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for setting up product roadmap to improve operational efficiency used by account managers, creator managers and partners.
- Lead & design product features, set up regular catch-ups with stakeholders on product status, feedback and performance. Collect feature requirements to ensure an aligned OKR.
- Automate actions and processes to minimize users' efforts, enable products to scale easily.
- Monitor performance by working closely with data team. Collect feedback regularly after product launch and provide optimized feature improvement for a good product NPS.
- 5+ years work experience in the internet industry, ideally in e-commerce.
- Experience in any of the following products in operational platform, CRM system, ERP system, permission, CMS or product in process improvement or strategy.
- Has prior experience in e-commerce especially in seller, product and promotion events.
- Strong understanding in business, able to relate to users' pain-points. Has good business logic and communication skills. Able to lead product from 0-1 independently.
- Able to prioritise under a short timeframe with multiple counterparts and stakeholders to achieve business goal.
