Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage cloud migration projects from on-premises to AWS, ensuring that project objectives, timelines, and budgets are met.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business requirements.
- Work closely with solution architects, cloud architects, infrastructure teams, and vendors to execute the migration strategy.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring mínimal disruption to business operations.
- Lead project teams in the identification of dependencies, bottlenecks, and resource needs to ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure compliance with AWS cloud security standards, policies, and best practices.
- Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans to senior management and stakeholders.
- Monitor post-migration

**Requirements**:
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in managing IT projects, preferably experience in GCC migration.
- Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services, including EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, and security best practices.
- Experience in managing large-scale infrastructure migration projects, particularly from on-premises to cloud environments.
- Proven track record in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Experience with cloud automation tools, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation) is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Developer) will be an added advantage.
