The Business Analyst is required to have strong skill sets in the following key areas:
requirement definition and analysis, documentation, project planning and implementation. This role takes ultimate responsibility for identifying and solving problems affecting the business solution and works closely with the business analyst lead in planning for gap study workshops with stakeholders. Additionally, experience in working on local payment networks in any of these countries
- Malaysia, Vietnam, India, Philippines, Korea, and Myanmar

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in Business Requirements Analysis working with Business Owners and Ops Teams
- Assist in the analysis of complex requirements and breakdown into simple requirements
- Assist to review requirements coverage and provide requirements traceability
- Assist in enabling detailed review sessions with Business and Ops Teams
- Assist in preparing the following artefacts:

- Gap Study Approach Plan
- Fit & Gap Analysis Document
- Functional and Non-functional requirements document
- Review gap analysis report

**Skills**

**Technical Skills**:

- Experience in conducting gap analysis
- Knowledge of fundamental computer concepts, networks and communications, operating systems, relational databases, the Internet, software programming concepts, customer relationship management and evaluating commercially available software solutions
- Strong and deep knowledge of ISO20022 specification, especially SWIFT CBPR+ area
- High level of technical skill in the use of business analysis techniques, methodologies and artefacts to support agile software development
