Our Student Care Centres provide a caring, conducive and safe environment for children whose parents are unable to look after them during the day because of work commitments. Creating a stable home-away-from-home environment at each centre is important as students can spend their time meaningfully and be positively nurtured in their mental well-being. Such an environment also provides opportunities for the students to develop socially, morally, emotionally and intellectually.

You will be assisting the Centre Manager/Supervisor in ensuring the smooth operation of the student care centre. Your key areas of responsibility will include, but not limited to the following:
**Job Scope**
- Provide administrative support by monitoring student records, processing requests for enrolment and withdrawal from the Student Care Centre
- Provide financial support by follow up on fees collection and communicate with parents on the fees payable
- Follow up with parents and caregivers on the required documents for enrolment or withdrawal
- Compile statistics for submission as and when needed
- Provide support to teachers on student attendance taking and during toileting and meal times (when necessary)
- Take minutes of meetings monthly
- Help to coordinate and plan logistics for meetings
- Provide logistics assistance in ordering of tea breaks, and stationaries and first aid supplies.
- Support management in any adhoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Minimum O Level, with at least 2 years of relevant working experiences
- A team player with good interpersonal, organization and communication skills
- Meticulous, organised and able to multi-task
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

**Other Information**
- Location of workplace: Newton (10minutes walk away from MRT station)
- Working hours: Monday to Friday - 10:30am to 7pm (no need to work on weekends)
