**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and assist primary school students, ensuring their safety and engagement.
- Provide support to the lead instructor by preparing materials and managing classroom activities.
- Offer guidance and academic support to help students understand concepts and complete their tasks.
- Monitor students’ behavior and encourage a positive learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding students' progress, when required.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as attendance tracking, lesson preparation, and organizing resources.
- Ensure the learning space is clean and organized after lessons.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or completed a diploma/degree in Education, Psychology, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory).
- Passion for working with children, especially primary school students, and creating a fun, engaging learning environment.
- Knowledge of primary school-level Math, Science, and English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, proactive, and able to manage a group of students effectively.
- Prior experience in teaching, tutoring, or childcare is an advantage.
- Availability to work part-time on weekdays or weekends.
- Proficient in basic administrative tasks and familiar with common software (e.g., MS Office).
